You are more energy than anything else. Quantum physics teaches us this.

How well your body moves (mobility and strength), what chemical or biochemical state your body is in (toxins and acidity of the body) and what your emotional state is, all effect your energetic state and pre-determine whether you are likely to be in a disease state or not. To be free of disease and in a raised energetic state is to be well or have wellness.

We need to change everything from the cellular level to the organs and skeletal tissue to achieve a complete shift in state. By changing your state of mind, your physiology and your ability to move better, you are accessing a level of health and a higher level of consciousness. Therefore wellness is consciously choosing to live in a raised energetic state. The key is to learn what factors contribute towards raising your energy vs lowering your energy, moving towards health and happiness and away from sickness and disease.
